Young Pies run home

Sunday 29th May, 2005
Collingwood have won their second consecutive match, after rolling a wasteful Hawks side by 28pts at the MCG on Saturday. A 6 goal to 2 opening term proved to be the difference, as Hawthorn clawed their way back into the match only to be run over in the final term, with Magpie forwards Blake Caracella and Alan Didak kicking 5 and 4 goals respectively.

Defender James Clement was best a field, with Shane O'Bree and youngster Dane Swan also starring.

The Pies now face Geelong at the Telstra Dome on Friday Night.
