Collingwood have suffered their worst ever loss to the Brisbane Lions, going down in a terrible display by 78pts.

After failing to score a goal in the entire first half, the Pies ended up with just seven for the match - two kicking by skipper Nathan Buckley.

Defenders Simon Prestigiacomo and Nick Maxwell were the side's best players, while Paul Licuria and Brodie Holland fought well all night.

The night went from bad to worse, with both of the Cloke boys and youngster Sean Rusling all sustaining injuries during the game.
