A determined
Collingwood side has
knocked off the
reigning Premiers,
with the ever so
faint possibility of
finals action in
2005 stays alive.
After a low-scoring first half, where the Magpies kicked 5 goals to 2, Collingwood stayed with Port as they came home strong, to take the victory by an impressive 31pts.
Shane O'Bree and Brodie Holland were outstanding in the middle, while James Clement was again a standout down back.
Exciting youngster Sean Rusling, though inaccurate kicking 1.4, showed that he will be one to watch for not only the remainder of the seasons, but for many years ahead.
