Young Magpie gun Travis Cloke is now in the running to take out the 2005 NAB Rising Star Award, after he secured a nomination for Round 10.

Cloke, who debuted on Anzac Day this year, has played every game since, and has played a vital role in the Pies re-found form with his strong marking, chasing and kicking at CHF.

Travis is the first Magpie to be nominated for this year's award, with flashy forward Chris Egan likely to be next cab off the rank.
